1. Services Provided:

We provide web design, branding, and photography services.

Details of services, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in your individual project agreement.

2. Payment Terms:

A deposit is required to secure your project date.

Full payment is due according to the project agreement before final delivery.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Revisions & Delivery:

Revisions are included as specified in your agreement.

Final deliverables are provided after full payment.

4. Intellectual Property:

All work remains the property of Creatively Zia until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables as outlined in the agreement (personal, commercial, or promotional use).

5. Liability:

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and adhering to copyright laws.

6. Cancellation & Refunds:

Cancellations are subject to fees as outlined in your agreement.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

7. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States & Oregon.
